My Kitty Girl
I took this photo of my cat this morning. She was laying (lying…whatever…. remember, I’m an artist, not an English major 
) in the sunshine on our bed lookin’ too cute not to snap a picture. It turned out great….I would love to paint this photo…the lighting is great!

Tah-dah!! Making it’s debut this June, Winter Friendships is full of friendly snowmen….and ladies. The large panel is full of great cut-outs…I can just see pillows made from the center blocks and the small borders can be used for trim! The repeating stripe is full of great borders for pillowcases, trim for a table cloth, trim on little girl’s dresses, and use the blocks for pockets! Warm-hearted friendship quotes dance throughout this line, such as, “The value of a friend is measured in the Heart” and “How beautiful a day can be when friendship touches it”. I’m sure you’ll have tons of fun making Christmas gifts and/or quilts for friends and family with these whimsical patterns. Due to arrive in your local quilt shop this June!

“Halloween Dance”

I am so excited to be working with Marcus Fabrics on two new fabric lines set to be in your local quilt shop June 2009! “Halloween Dance” is sure to be a hit with dancing witches, monsters and a wide variety of coordinates! This fabric line is fun and festive for all ages! My fabric samples just arrived today and let me tell you, they are terrific! It is hard to get a real “feel” for this line by my little advertisement above…..just wait until you see it on fabric………WOW!
